Fondée en 1854, la chocolaterie Cazenave fait partie du patrimoine Bayonnais et produit son chocolat avec des fèves certifiées bio. La boutique historique, voisine de celle MANO MANI dans le centre médiéval de la capitale du chocolat, a été le prétexte à une collaboration gourmande pour les fêtes de fin d’année.
Voici donc le premier chocolat MANO MANI réalisé en collaboration avec le chef chocolatier Florian Benac de Cazenave.
Au programme : une recette gourmande alliant chocolat au lait, sarrasin torréfié et fleur de sel.

Founded in 1854, the Cazenave chocolate factory is a Bayonne institution and produces its chocolate using certified organic cocoa beans. The historic shop, located next to MANO MANI in the medieval center of the french chocolate capital, provided the perfect setting for a delicious collaboration this holiday season.
Here is the first MANO MANI chocolate created in collaboration with master chocolatier Florian Benac of Cazenave.
On offer: a decadent recipe combining milk chocolate, roasted buckwheat, and fleur de sel.
